Where are you located?
You'll find us at 13500 NC-50, Suite 102 in Surf City, on the mainland, just before the bridge to Topsail Island. There's plenty of free parking in the plaza lot.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Saturday, 11 to 6, and closed on Sundays.
Can you engrave something I bring in?
We engrave pieces from the shop, so pick one off the shelf and we'll make it yours, right here in the store.
How long does engraving take?
Most pieces are ready the next business day, sometimes sooner. We'll let you know when yours is done.
Do you make custom hats?
Yes, and they're made right here. Pick a patch, or come in with an idea and we'll build it with you.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Orders are processed the same business day when placed before noon, Monday through Saturday, and delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days once shipped. Economy shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.
What if something doesn't fit?
Changed your mind? Returns are welcome for 30 days on unworn items in the original packaging. Custom pieces are made just for you, so those are final sale.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do. Pick one up in the shop, or grab one right here on the site.
